Cooking Class - Seasonal Weekend Brunch

What You’ll Do

You don't have to go out to a fancy restaurant to have an amazing brunch!

In this hands-on class, Chef April will teach you how to make some of your beloved brunch favorites that are easy to adapt according to the seasons and your preferences.

Chef April has created an impressive three-course brunch menu for you to prepare. You will begin by making crunchy granola from scratch and layering it into parfaits with fresh seasonal fruit and local yogurt. Then, it's onto home fries paired with a smoky, tangy chipotle crema. Lastly, you'll learn the secret to make perfectly poached eggs for an eggs benedict topped with silky homemade hollandaise sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

April was super knowledgeable about our meal and its ingredients. Her home and kitchen is cute, and very clean. Our meal was delicious, and we even got to take a large portion of it home as there was plenty leftover!

Brunch with Chef April was an absolute delight and a truly insightful experience. If you are looking to relax, learn great cooking tips, have all your questions about food answered, and enjoy an incredible, restaurant-quality brunch, look no further! My partner and I did this class to celebrate a small anniversary together and we couldn't have been happier. I would recommend this for any foodie. Not only do you have all the advantages of a cooking class, you end up in a lovely and relaxed atmosphere and have an entire morning to chat about life, travel, and food. We are definitely coming back, and thank you!!!
