In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Sharon will bring only the most fresh, locally grown ingredients to the table, and will then show you how to use this incredible bounty to build a four-course menu highlighting the natural flavors of the season.
You'll begin by making a carrot soup infused with oranges and mixed with tangy cream and savory chorizo crumbles before learning how to curate your roast beef entrée with corn pancakes and pico de gallo. Compose a stunning heirloom tomato salad with creamy burrata before exploring the versatility of panna cotta with caramelized fruit and herbs.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
