Cooking Class - Mexican Kitchen

Prepare a fiesta-style Mexican feast completely from scratch.
In this hands-on class with Chef Andy, you'll learn the skills and authentic Mexican cooking techniques and ingredients needed to build a feast worthy of a proper Mexican fiesta.
Chef Andy believes nothing beats a homemade taco, and homemade flour tortillas are a thing of beauty. You'll get to experience the taste of Chef Andy's fresh, handmade tortillas that are tender, chewy and perfectly soft and pliable enough to hold fillings with flavors that really shine. You will also learn how to make the famous Mexican elote and finish with delightfully sweet churros.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
