Born in Lebanon, Chef Edouard spent hours in the kitchen with his grandmother learning the secrets to traditional Lebanese food and learning that food is a universal language that brings people together. After coming to the U.S., he graduated from The Culinary Institute of America. He currently owns his own catering and event planning company, and is a food stylist, private chef, and host of many successful pop-up restaurants.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Don't limit your souvlaki to Greek festivals — this Mediterranean meal is easy to make at home!
In this hands-on culinary experience, Chef Edouard will teach you how to prepare a homemade, healthy, and satisfying chicken souvlaki meal that will transport you to the streets of Athens!
The word souvlaki simply means “meat on skewers,†but Greeks also use it to describe the meal in its entirety — which is exactly what you will be learning with the guidance of Chef Edouard. Almost any side dish goes great with chicken souvlaki, but Chef Edouard's favorites and best pairings include a flavorful cumin rice and a refreshing cucumber slaw.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Edouard will not only teach you how to cook delicious hearty dishes, but his background as a food stylist will make them visually pop as well. After learning how easy and delicious homemade dips are, I will not be buying prepackaged snacks again. I can't wait to make the recipes I learned for summer barbecues!

Chef Edouard was extremely courteous and friendly, talking us through the entire cooking process. The meals were fantastic, and the placements of everything was adorable and divine. I took my girlfriend to him for Valentine's Day and we all had a wonderful time. Will certainly repeat.
