What You’ll Do

Chef Patsy walks you through the step-by-step process of making the classic French cookies.

In this hands-on class, you will learn tricks of the trade from a professional pastry chef. By the end of class you will see just how easy it is to make these delicate French jewels and gain the confidence to create dessert masterpieces, all thanks to Chef Patsy!

Chef Patsy will teach you all the fundamentals, including the art of folding a meringue as well as the proper way to hold a piping bag to make your French macarons. You'll also learn how to make the foundational Swiss buttercream and chocolate ganache to fill your macarons.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Some of her many job titles have included executive chef, pastry chef, and cooking instructor. Chef Patsy has also been a chef talent for special events and on TV, including a recent win on Food Network's "Bakers vs. Fakers."

Chef Patsy is awesome! She is able to explain everything very clearly and gives extra tips along the way. Her food is both simple enough to master but impressive enough to serve to guests for a fancy dinner. Highly recommend!
