Begin by having a little fun with the spiralizer as you create your lemon parmesan zucchini noodles. Next, learn how to infuse tangy citrus flavors into simple and delicious fish skewers. Lastly, hone the basics of a versatile vegetable quinoa pilaf that will be a new staple in your weeknight dinner rotation.

The food was very fresh and light, in the Mediterranean tradition with Mexican accents and flavors. She is also an accomplished food stylist which is reflected in the picture perfect presentation of her dishes.
