Learn how to perfect the art of a humble shepherd's pie fit for a king.
In this hands-on class, Chef Meg will guide you as you handcraft a warm two-course rustic, hearty meal. Chef Meg will use her mother's infamous shepherd's pie recipe with ground beef, mixed vegetables, and mashed potatoes.
When the temperature takes a nosedive and warmer seasons instead feel more like winter, shepherd's pie is the perfect remedy. A blanket of mashed potatoes and a savory meat and vegetable filling makes for the ultimate soul-warming comfort food. For dessert, Chef Meg teaches on an equally comforting Bailey's creme brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
