Join Chef Don as he instructs on the art of creating tantalizing tapas that command the palate and impress guests. In this hands-on class, you will work your way through an alluring menu of four Texas-inspired tapas.

Chef Don goes big — as one does in Texas — with over-the-top jalapeño poppers wrapped in hardwood smoked bacon, smoky and zesty grilled shrimp skewers, glazed Brussels sprouts and pork belly that are a match made in heaven, and hand-cut chips to scoop up a silky smooth South Texas queso packing a fiery punch.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Don is very personable and provided an evening to remember. He is knowledgeable in his art and we picked up some helpful kitchen tips. We would definitely do this again!

Love Don and what he has to offer. I feel very confident in recommending him for any occasion. He has provided services (three meals a day) for weeks at a time so we have been able to sample a variety of his fare. Not only is he professional and attentive to detail, he is warm and very engaging. While he can provide any type of food with a flair, he is an excellent pastry chef. I highly recommend Chef Don and what he can bring to your table.

I had a great time with Chef Don! I especially loved learning about Korean cuisine. The Korean dumplings and rice cake dish were fun and easy to make! All of the food was delicious!
