Chef Diane began hosting small cooking classes—until the demand grew. Now, she is the executive chef and founder of a company centered on interactive culinary experiences. Prior, she established a cooking program for children, which is still thriving today. As a chef instructor at French Culinary Institute and New York Restaurant School, she generated the highest percentage of students placed in 4-star restaurants. She has been featured in numerous articles, including in the Wall Street Journal.

I really enjoyed learning how to make homemade pasta with Chef Diane. She is very knowledgable and the pasta turned out delicious. I now feel confident that I can make pasta on my own whenever I want!
