Join Chef Jeffery as he gets the party started with some seriously flavorful recipes in a tip of the hat to classic New Orleans cooking.

Start by preparing a staple chicken gumbo made with from-scratch roux, fresh okra, and traditional creole seasonings. The entrГ©e features boat scallops, aptly seasoned and seared in brown butter, laid on a bed of sautГ©ed corn, peppers, celery, and lardons. For dessert, Louisiana bread pudding with French bread, apples, and raisins baked in custard and served in a pool of whiskey Anglais.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Absolutely loved our cooking experience with Chef Jeffrey. He and his wife were so welcoming and patient with us (and our intermediate cooking skills ?). Would definitely be coming back for more lessons! Food was delicious!!!

Chef Jeffrey was awesome! He and his wife Jill made us feel so comfortable in their home and the food was amazing! He walked us through step by step of how to prepare each course and was very knowledgable. Definitely a fun experience!
