What You’ll Do

Celebrate the classic flavors that are distinct to French cuisine with Chef Robin’s inventive menu.

Chef Robin brings French cuisine to life as she showcases traditional favorites. This class gives you a taste of authentic French cooking techniques for savory and sweet dishes, as well as the very French mastery of simple luxury.

You'll start the class with a fresh baguette and arugula salad with fresh fruit and chèvre croutons. Then, you'll create a traditional Provençal seafood course featuring mussels and shrimp, and paired with saffron, white wine and tomatoes. End your French culinary journey with honey vanilla ice cream, berries and a refreshing rosemary syrup.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Most of all, Chef Robin loves sharing her approach to food and cooking: simple preparations, seasonal ingredients, and global flavors.

Chef Robin was nothing short of amazing! Beyond the wonderful food she demonstrated and prepared with my wife and I for Valentine’s Day, the conversation was fantastic. We traded funny story stories while we learned and she could not have made us feel more comfortable. We made a barrage of french cuisine including fresh baguettes, beef stew and chocolate fondue for desert. The food was exquisite and the company was A+. We will be having robin to cook for us and friends in the near future!
