My food philosophy: Love People & Cook Them Tasty Food. It is not only possible but easy to make meat-free meals that even carnivores adore. I don’t believe you should deprive yourself of the foods that make you happy, and think that with a well balanced plant-based diet you can indulge in your “naughty” in moderation. I focus on putting a modern twist on traditional comfort foods and creating feasts that warm the body and soul. I look forward to joining you on your next culinary adventure!

Chef Stephanie's veggie cheeseburger was without a doubt, the best vegetarian burger I've ever had. At first, I didn't want to eat it because it looked so beautiful, but once I took the first bite, I devoured the rest in no time. The best thing was that after I finished, I didn't feel the ill after effects of having consumed a half pound of red meat. Chef Stephanie is so friendly and welcoming and really knows how to make the most flavorful vegetarian recipes. Who needs meat when you have a burger that looks and tastes this good?

Chef Stephanie is so fun, and her veggie burgers are FANTASTIC. She's an enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate teacher and advocate of vegetarian eating. I didn't miss meat in any of her dishes, and in fact felt super satisfied and healthy. She sent me home with a half of a burger more, and I couldn't wait to finish it so I downed it on the hood of my car outside her apartment! So good.

Chef Stephanie's vegetarian cuisine is outstanding. She even customized the menu to accommodate a vegan option. In her class, we made a flavorful ‪vegan‬ jackfruit 'BBQ pork' sandwich with creamy slaw and pickle. It was hard to tell this dish was even meatless! It had such great flavor. The kale and brussels sprout salad with toasted hazelnuts, panko bread crumbs, topped with a lemon vinaigrette and edible flowers was one of the most unique salads I had ever eaten. I can't wait to make this at home. I learned so much throughout the class. Chef Stephanie explained everything in wonderful detail, her class was very hands on and she even took the time to teach us knife skills and new cooking techniques throughout the class. I had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend Cozymeal for the perfect date night or a unique evening out!
