The beauty of learning to prepare authentic Italian food the correct way is that you do not need to go out to a restaurant when you experience a craving. This is where Chef Kathy comes in with the fundamental methods plus a few tricks to help you perfect each sumptuous course and surprise friends and family with your new culinary chops. You will find yourself transported to Italy with a hands-on experience where you can fully immerse yourself in a truly distinct fare.
Chef Kathy begins the class with the enticing dish parmigiano reggiano followed by a sumptuous salad composed of shaved fennel with tempting orange and candied almonds. The course continues with a mouthwatering tagliatelle with savory ragu bolognese before ending on a sweet note in the form of a tiramisu that is fit-for-the-gods.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Twelve years into her culinary career, Chef Kathy made a drastic shift and left the professional kitchen for nearly 20 years. After a fruitful career, she returned to her passion: the kitchen classroom, where she embraced how food nourishes our bodies, souls, and spirits. Upon completing the Master of Italian Cuisine at the ICI in Italy, she began teaching Italian cuisine to budding chefs in inspiring and engaging classes.
