You can now delve into a feast of your own and celebrate the traditional cooking methods that have made Mediterranean cuisine stand out amongst others in the world.

The class begins with preparing a refreshing white bean salad with tomato, cucumber, and olive topped with mouthwatering French feta cheese and luscious pomegranate vinaigrette followed by tender braised lamb and savory eggplant stew. Enticing toasted rice pilaf with fresh currants and walnuts comprise the final dish of your course.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had a fantastic time at Chef Corey's--I enjoyed every bite of his food. His Parmesan Chicken with Fettuccine and homemade Pomodoro salsa was one of the best I ever tried, the parmesan brought the savory while the homemade Pomodoro was the sweet part that combined with a fresh oregano gave that exquisite Mediterranean flavor. The chicken was juicy, flavorful and crunchy. Chef Corey has a beautiful place with a nice atmosphere. He was very organized, had fresh ingredients and everything ready. He was a good teacher, explaining all the steps and techniques. Definitely, I will take more cooking classes with chef Corey.
