With a delectable selection of menu courses specially assembled to represent the blend of influences behind authentic dishes from the European countryside, you may now witness the creation of each meal while also embarking on an engaging hands-on approach to learning. An enjoyable mix of both demonstration and expert instruction, you will have the opportunity to gain a thorough and enjoyable insight into each delightful course.

The class begins with mouthwatering chilled asparagus soup shooters and then a scrumptious mini cheese board before continuing with savory lamb chops topped with luscious Bordelaise sauce and a tantalizing French herb purГ©e. The course continues with satisfying fondant potatoes followed by healthy roasted carrot and squash ribbons before ending on a heavenly high note; a divine seasonal panna cotta with berries and coulis.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Josh is a wonderful chef, full of stories and great ideas. His class is so fun and entertaining, if I had a question it was answered and then some. His place is pretty quaint so I was able to really get the attention necessary to really learn his techniques. Great class.
