From Peruvian-spiced chicken to a tequila lime sorbet, this interactive cooking class in Chicago takes you on a flavorful journey through Latin America. With Chef Eric or a resident chef guiding you through each step, you'll grill spiced chicken, prepare poblano rice and make shrimp ceviche with plantain chips. You'll also build a fresh pineapple and avocado salad and pick up practical techniques for working with bold, layered flavors along the way. This cooking class in Chicago is a great way to get comfortable cooking vibrant, flavor-packed dishes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
