If you love fried chicken but are intimidated at the prospect of making it at home, Chef Greg is here to change your mind. In this class, you will learn how to make crispy fried chicken and the classic Southern dishes that go along with it.
Under Chef Greg's professional guidance, you'll learn how to make fluffy buttermilk biscuits, creamy egg and potato salad, colorful cole slaw, and of course, the perfect fried chicken. In this hands-on class, you'll learn insider techniques for getting the best texture and flavor out of fried chicken at home. Once you've mastered these skills, you'll be ready to host a complete fried chicken dinner!
