With guidance from Chef Dante or a resident chef, you’ll prepare a full menu featuring stuffed pork tenderloin, apple and fennel salad, butternut squash gratin and apple bread pudding with salted caramel. You’ll learn roasting, stuffing and baking techniques that make seasonal cooking approachable. This cooking class in Melbourne blends fresh ingredients with hands-on learning for a memorable meal.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Dante was wonderful and the gourmet meal was both easy to prepare and delicious! The only change I would make is having a cut off time for late arrivals.
