Build your own bento box with thoughtfully selected dishes alongside Chef Nancy.
Chef Nancy brings her personal touch to traditional Japanese bento boxes in this immersive cooking class, where you'll craft compact, nutritious meals perfect for taking on the go. With Chef Nancy’s hands-on guidance, you’ll discover comforting Asian flavors that bring warmth and depth to your culinary repertoire.
First, you'll make colorful maki sushi rolls with fresh salmon, kani, cucumber and cream cheese before searing tender wagyu beef glazed in a sweet teriyaki marinade. Next, expertly toss crisp cabbage in a nutty burnt sesame seed dressing and prepare soba noodles topped with a poached egg, salmon and bonito flakes. To finish, you'll take home a small bottle of sesame dressing to relive the magic.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
