Treat your favorite culinary companion to an NYC steakhouse experience like no other with this dedicated date night cooking class. In it, an esteemed chef will teach you and your partner how to sear steak with luxurious Gorgonzola-shallot butter. You’ll also whip up creamed kale with roasted garlic to go on the side, plus fluffy thyme and Gruyère popovers. And don’t worry, it doesn’t end there. Dessert is equally show-stopping — a vanilla bean crème brûlée, torched to golden perfection.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The class was a lot of fun and easy going. I do wish the Chef had demonstrated what to do a little more from her station at the front of the kitchen. Instead she often opted to demonstrate at one of the student tables, and it was pretty hard to see what she was demonstrating. That being said, I would fully recommend this class to anyone no matter your cooking experience. So much fun!

chef ron was very good. his 25 years of culinary experience made him totally qualified to instruct us. i learned a lot, enjoyed the session and the food came out great too. i also shopped in the store and got a 10% discount on the items.
