Enjoy a hands-on cooking class that will provide you with the skills to use Asian ingredients properly to prepare mouthwatering meals! Chef Eric has assembled a delightful three-course menu that showcases among the most popular fare from Thailand, China, and Vietnam. From stir-fry to sauce making, you will enjoy a fun and interactive learning environment where you can share in the excitement of creating savory Asian fare. The best part is bringing these distinct flavors into your own kitchen to enjoy with friends and family.

The class begins with delectable appetizers that feature spicy hot and sour soup as well as succulent Vietnamese-style spring rolls with tempting dipping sauces. Continue your experience by preparing authentic steamed rice. For the main course, create spicy and sweet orange peel chicken, appetizing stir-fried shrimp, and luscious Thai-style chicken with spicy curry paste.

Please note that the eating portion of this class will be towards the end of the class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A native of Los Angeles, Chef Eric graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. He has staged with Chef Jose Munisa at Via Veneto, Barcelona’s longest-running 5-star restaurant and Chef Joseph Russwürm at Munich’s Hotel Kempinski. While trained in the culinary classics, Chef Eric enjoys teaching a broad range of cuisines in his classes while integrating the importance of technique with his students.

We had a wonderful time! Chef Eric is definitely who you want to have for a cooking class! Equal parts helpful and equal parts wanting you to do it which is a great combination. Absolutely recommend and the food for the Spanish cooking class was delicious!
