What You’ll Do

From appetizer to dessert, create a sophisticated four-course French menu using the season’s best.

In this hands-on cooking class, a skilled chef will guide you through four traditional French dishes from the Provence region. You’ll grill salmon with confidence, finishing it with a silky lemon-dill compound butter. Learn proper blanching and sautéing techniques for haricots verts with herbs, slice and season an apple-fennel salad and whisk a rustic clafoutis batter before baking it to golden perfection with ripe plums.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
