Start your class off by preparing a savory vegetable paella, followed by a mouthwatering zucchini crust pizza. From there, create a delectable quinoa & sweet potato salad. For dessert, enjoy a chocolate avocado coconut pudding that is fit-for-the-gods.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Janice was a great teacher, with a friendly personality and clearly tons of knowledge about every facet of the cooking process. My husband and I were her first students, and while there was a minor snafu regarding location (make sure to go to the commercial kitchen address, not Chef Janice's personal residence!!), all other aspects of the class went very smoothly. We have attended other types of cooking classes where all of the ingredients were already prepped and laid out, but Chef Janice let us take a hands on approach and prepare all of the vegetables ourselves. I feel that this is a great learning aspect, especially for people (like my husband :P) who are not super familiar yet with cooking and even more experienced people might pick up a few useful tricks! :) All of the dishes turned out SUPER DELICIOUS and Chef Janice made sure to show how we could modify / switch out ingredients to give them a different twist as well in the future. Also, we were able to take home a bunch of leftovers that are feeding us (and family and friends!) for the entire rest of the week. If you are a person who is looking for some inspiration in the vegetable department, then both my husband and I highly recommend this class. Even if you are a meat-lover like my husband, Chef Janice's dishes are highly flavorful and would be a great addition to add to your repertoire. If you are a vegetarian like myself, then you will be sure to pick up tons of great tips on how to incorporate more flavors and textures to try and possibly tempt husbands (and children) into trying more vegetables in their diet.

Janice and her team do an amazing job. I've been using Janice for over 3 years now. She has catered several parties for me big and small: New Year's Eve party, Thanksgiving dinner, Birthdays and more. Janice has great menu suggestions and works with you all the way. The food is delicious, good quality and fresh. Her prices are very reasonable too. I also order the "fitness meals" and they are awesome! Janice will always have my business. Thank you Janice and team for your incredible talent and service.

I have been ordering from Janice for several months now. The food is delicious, some of us are vegetarian and/or gluten free and there are options to modify the meals. I used a different catering service prior to Janice and I find that the meals are healthier, and less expensive than my previous service. Unlike other reviews I don't consider Janice to be pricey, I'm basically getting a personal chef who makes me delicious, healthy meals for very reasonable prices. A lot cheaper and healthier than eating out. Janice is very responsive and quick to answer questions and incorporate suggestions
