Explore the inviting taste and aroma of a delectable four-course meal while engaged in a social and relaxed atmosphere. You will be ready to delight your guests at your next get-together after being guided through each step of the preparation process by Chef Ming. A passionate culinarian who enjoys introducing students to the fun and rewarding art of cooking, Chef Ming takes it upon herself to make your experience with her a memorable one.

Your tropical journey begins with creating a succulent salmon and pork lau lau while Chef Ming shares her childhood memories of this classic dish. Continue with zesty Hawaiian style buffalo wings followed by a savory pickled Napa cabbage seaweed salad and, as the last course, a coconut pudding that is fit-for-the-gods.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This girl is the best! My time with her was so pleasant and delicious! Sweet and kind, this girl can cook! Take her class! She'll teach you her food-yoda ways, there is no try, just make great food!
