With a desire from the beginning to nourish people with cuisine I received a degree at the California Culinary Academy and worked in a number of private kitchens and fine dining restaurants. I continued my education at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became an integrative health coach. With that in mind I decided to try and bridge the gap between comfort food and health. Chef Bai has worked with my family for the past year. She has completely transformed the way we eat, live, look and feel. Our view on nourishing our bodies has changed our lives, transforming us in unimaginable ways. We are happier, healthier and more connected as a family. It is extremely comfortable to have Bailey in our home and we have all grown to think of her more as a family member than our chef. Chef Bailey is a powerhouse. Full of energy and good ideas she is someone who is passionate about healthy food, clean eating and creating good food for people who can't eat just anything. If you're gluten free, do yourself a favor and take her class!
