Make your way through a variety of tempting desserts with the expert hand of Chef Bailey in a fun and welcoming environment. You will awaken your palate when you experience all of the possibilities of gluten-free baking for yourself.

Chef Bailey will begin by showing you how to make a mouthwatering almond flour quiche followed by rich and moist flourless dark chocolate muffins. Your class ends on an energetic high note with sensational power protein cookie dough balls.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With a desire from the beginning to nourish people with cuisine I received a degree at the California Culinary Academy and worked in a number of private kitchens and fine dining restaurants. I continued my education at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became an integrative health coach. With that in mind I decided to try and bridge the gap between comfort food and health. Chef Bailey is a powerhouse. Full of energy and good ideas she is someone who is passionate about healthy food, clean eating and creating good food for people who can't eat just anything. If you're gluten free, do yourself a favor and take her class!

Chef Bai has worked with my family for the past year. She has completely transformed the way we eat, live, look and feel.
