Cultivate your culinary repertoire with ingredients that will make your mouth water and awaken your inner chef! You will learn the techniques that result in savory creations that will keep your dinner guests coming back for more.

You’ll begin with a tantalizing jalapeño ceviche and then prepare a healthy and delectable organic vegetable tortilla soup. Conclude your class with flavorful chipotle chicken tacos with zesty homemade salsa verde and luscious guacamole.

Chef Bai has worked with my family for the past year. She has completely transformed the way we eat, live, look and feel.
