What You’ll Do

A sophisticated twist on classic Southern cuisine

Add elegant flare to your favorite Southern comfort foods as you create a four course Southern feast. Chef Danielle will guide you through an array of decadent recipes that you can easily recreate at home.

For the first course, you will bake tender, flaky sweet potato biscuits paired with a luscious sweet and salty molasses compound butter. Create a fresh Southern garden salad studded with crisp bacon and blue cheese with a bold sassafras and sweet tea vinaigrette. The main course is a spicy shrimp grits, featuring cheddar spiked grits and Andouille sausage gravy, followed by mouthwatering bananas foster cupcakes for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This girl is my absolute favorite! She is incredibly real and inspiring, loves food, loves people, loves her family. On top of that her food is so delicious, I was just supposed to try a bite at one point and I almost licked the plate. If you never do another class do her class. She's amazing.
