WHAT YOU’LL DO

Enjoy seasonal produce at its peak in this fresh and fun cooking lesson.
Discover the joy of seasonal cooking in this vibrant cooking class focused on peak summer produce. You’ll begin with a refreshing watermelon salad, brightened with tangy feta and fresh mint. Next, prepare a flavorful pasta tossed with crispy bacon, sweet corn and juicy cherry tomatoes. On the side, grill sugar snap peas to bring out their natural sweetness, then serve them with a rich buttermilk aioli. To finish, bake a warm blueberry cornbread cobbler, loaded with the season’s best berries. It’s a celebration of fresh, local ingredients at their most delicious.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
