I loved cooking and baking (and eating!) from a very young age. I spent time in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother, watching and being included in making food with love. I was inspired by Julia Child's story of following her passion for food and I continue to be inspired to learn new things and share them with my students. I utilize local Pacific Northwest ingredients in new ways, combining them with the rich local heritage of our many immigrant cultures.

Cozymeal is definitely a must try. We wanted to explore the local cuisine and booked this class with Chef Jen. The chef was very friendly and the class was fun. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in cooking classes in the Seattle region!
