WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn to cook classic New England dishes with fresh coastal flavors and fun techniques.
Bring coastal New England to your kitchen through this interactive cooking class. The chef will guide you in making traditional crab cakes, including techniques for handling and pan-frying fish. You’ll prepare aioli from scratch and make a tangy coleslaw with bright lemon and herbs. To end the class with a splash, you’ll make a crustless pie.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Hi - we have done cozy meal in the past. This time. we did not have chef Tina and it was not in her home as advertised, but at sur la table. Our chef was great as was the menu, but our time was far too rushed for what we were cooking - both for him and for us. This was an expensive outing and an additional hour in the kitchen would have made the experience more enjoyable for all.

My husband and I had a wonderful time making pasta carbonara and chicken piccata with Chef Julie and her assistant Emily. I am sure we will schedule another class soon, we both really enjoyed it, learned a lot and had a great meal with leftovers to bring home.
