What You’ll Do

Join your partner to create a Provençal feast for two

Chef Shelley chose Nice, France as her inspiration in creating this menu. In this hands-on private class you will learn to prepare a three course meal straight from the South of France. You and your guest will follow Chef Shelley's simple instructions as you create this entire delicious meal.

You will learn to make 'Socca', a light and crispy chickpea pancake served with cheese, olives and cured meats. Next, with Chef Shelley's excellent instruction, you will create a 'deconstructed' Salade Niçoise. You will finish the meal with a light lemon and lavender infused custard topped with a caramelized sugar crust.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
