Chef Afi will guide you in creating an assortment of sushi rolls, including California rolls, spicy tuna rolls and colorful vegetable rolls. You’ll also refine your knife skills and learn to balance flavors for perfectly paired ingredients. End your experience with mochi ice cream, a sweet and refreshing finish to your Japanese-inspired meal.
