WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master strip steak, gnocchi, arugula salad, and butterscotch budino for an Italian feast.
Transport yourself to Italy in this cooking class, where rich flavors come alive. Prepare a succulent strip steak with Chianti pan sauce, followed by homemade potato gnocchi in a rich walnut pesto. Enjoy a fresh arugula salad dressed with lemon-Parmesan dressing for a burst of freshness. To finish, indulge in a decadent butterscotch budino with olive oil and sea salt. These dishes combine classic Italian ingredients to create a memorable, flavorful meal that brings Italy to your table.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I had a wonderful time making pasta carbonara and chicken piccata with Chef Julie and her assistant Emily. I am sure we will schedule another class soon, we both really enjoyed it, learned a lot and had a great meal with leftovers to bring home.

I brought my staff team for a team-bonding event and we all had a great time. Everything was really organized and we each were given a chance to cook a different dish. I would say we didn't really learn a lot of cooking because it was moving fast and the chefs finished off most dishes without us. The only real problem is that we had to kind of speed eat while standing up and there was nowhere we could sit and eat and enjoy the food. But all the dishes were tasty and good and the instructor was engaging and friendly. I would consider it again!

Hi - we have done cozy meal in the past. This time. we did not have chef Tina and it was not in her home as advertised, but at sur la table. Our chef was great as was the menu, but our time was far too rushed for what we were cooking - both for him and for us. This was an expensive outing and an additional hour in the kitchen would have made the experience more enjoyable for all.
