You will begin by learning to prepare a delectable butternut squash-curry leaf crema on crostini. Next on your journey through Indian cuisine is mouth-watering roast potatoes with nutty and rich ghee and cumin. Prepare haricots verts with aromatic and flavorful Bengali five-spice for your third dish. Next, you will create a savory basmati pilaf with paneer & sweet potato. Your final course will be a decadent semolina-yogurt cake topped with luscious whipped cream.

Both a journalist and a professional chef, she’s taught cooking school classes and done private catering as well as written cookbooks and reported on food for national print magazines. Her dishes show a love for Indian cuisine and international flavors, a passion that shines through her cooking.
