Discover desserts to take you from Thanksgiving through the New Year in this cooking class. A gourmet chef offers step-by-step guidance as you whip, mix and fill these sweet and savory recipes. Begin by baking a decadent chocolate raspberry cake with a hint of lavender. Master puff pastry creation and filling a pithivier, or galette des rois, with ingredients such as cherries and plums or vegetables, meat and cheese. You'll also prepare pâté salés with puff pastry, meat and spices. Book today and elevate your holiday table!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I took my niece to this class and it was amazing! We cooked gnocchi, bruschetta and tiramisu. Everything was new to us, so we learned so much! Chef Miguel is a wonderful teacher. Patient, knowledgeable, funny…we would absolutely recommend anyone looking to learn about cooking, ideas for new dishes or just to have fun, take this course!

What an awesome experience! Chef Miguel was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was a great teacher. Things we didn't know he gave us easy to understand instruction, and what we did know, he made us feel good about the job we were doing. The setting for the class was very well kept and Chef kept his workplace tidy and very professional. The baked goods that we were able to complete were spectacular and made us feel like we were real life bakers! We are very much so looking forward to working with him again. We can not stress this enough.. If you have the chance to take a class with Chef Miguel, DO IT! You are in great hands!
