What You’ll Do

Time to bring a taste of France to your table.

If you’ve ever wanted to bring the charm of a Parisian bistro home, this cooking class is the perfect place to start. Kick things off with a cozy bowl of French onion soup, where sweet caramelized onions meet a bubbly, cheesy topping. You’ll then pan-roast chicken in a rich cognac sauce that elevates any dinner. Fresh French beans tossed in lemon vinaigrette add a zesty crunch, and you’ll finish with a stunning pear tarte Tatin dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After graduating, Chef Dante pursued higher education in the culinary arts while working full-time at a prestigious hotel. His extensive experience includes working at various esteemed establishments, continually honing his skills. Chef Dante now thrives in a teaching environment, sharing his expertise and love for cooking with others.
