Chef Lee, who was the chef for this class did a great job explaining the steps and guiding us through the cooking process. We really enjoyed each step of the process and loved the tasty meal we prepared in the end. I can definitely recommend this class as a team building activity for any company in the Bay Area.

Chef Lee was awesome and we would highly recommend her! We booked her at the last minute for a birthday brunch to teach us how to make an Israeli/Mediterranean meal. She was so accommodating and flexible, professional, knowledgeable, sweet and fun. She shared wonderful kitchen tips, created a bonding and interactive cooking experience, and taught us how to make a delicious and beautiful meal that we have all now made for our families individually (we received rave reviews). Lee was amazing. On time, well organized, flexible, inspiring, and funny. We got more than we bargained for, and she (and her assistant) were both wonderful to work with. Chef Lee blends flavors from all around the world and has such a beautiful personality. Learning from her is definitely a highly enjoyable experience! She is excellent at teaching basic cooking skills that will inspire and encourage you to get back in the kitchen. Her food makes you feel healthy and strong but in no way do you feel like you are sacrificing flavor. Loved the lamb meatballs and tahini dressing!
