Chef Jessica is so real and interesting, she really understands what it's like for a normal person to make dinner on the regular, the menu that I experienced I could make easily at home without much stress. She's very passionate about making healthy food taste good and I was blown away by how simple and easy it is! I had no idea!

Honestly I’ve done a lot of cooking in my life, but I’ve never really understood what in the world you actually do with fresh herbs you buy at the grocery store; I always end up buying shelf stable seasonings and using them instead. Using herbs correctly was a skill I was definitely lacking, so when my boyfriend surprised me with this cooking class to take together to learn more about cooking with herbs, I was ecstatic; it was the perfect gift for me for sure. Chef Jessica was an incredible instructor, and she had so much knowledge about herbs and their uses that it blew our minds. Since we took this class we have been trying to use fresh herbs in as many recipes as possible; and our food is tasting better than ever thanks to Chef Jessica’s help!
