Begin by crafting delicate shrimp spring rolls filled with fresh cabbage, scallions and ginger. Then, move on to a savory chicken pad Thai, featuring wide rice noodles tossed in a rich tamarind sauce. Prepare a refreshing salad with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and Thai basil. Finally, end on a sweet note with banana fritters drizzled in warm caramel sauce and topped with diced mangoes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
