Cooking Class - French-Inspired Steakhouse

What You’ll Do

Infuse classic steakhouse cuisine with a touch of French finesse.

In this gourmet cooking class, you’ll build confidence in the kitchen while practicing foundational techniques from French cuisine. A world-class chef teaches you how to emulsify a vinaigrette and reduce rich pan sauce to amplify the flavors of beautifully seared beef. For dessert, boost your baking skills with a seasonal spin on traditional tarte tatin.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
