Cooking Class - Bold South American Cooking

What You’ll Do

Explore the bold and fiery flavors of South American cooking

Latin American cooking is all about big and bold flavors, which you'll get to explore in this bold South American cooking class. Join an expert chef and practice grilling a flank steak until perfection. Get chopping because you're making a Peruvian salsa as well as sweet grilled corn, spicy chile, tangy lime and creamy cotija cheese. You'll also get to make masa cakes filled with cheese called Salvadoran pupusas. For something sweet, you'll prepare a dulce de leche.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I truly enjoyed this class. I have been looking for a cooking class We could take and found this. Chef Amjad was personable and made cooking fun. We will do this again very soon!!

It was excellent! The food was amazing and chef tisha was incredibly warm and a great teacher. Will definitely be attending again :)
