Cooking Class - Hearty European Breads

What You’ll Do

Craft hearty European breads and homemade butter.

Immerse yourself in the art of bread-making with this cooking class and enjoy the warm aroma of fresh-baked bread filling your home. Master the techniques for mixing and shaping dough to create Italian focaccia and crispy breadsticks and learn how to use a Dutch oven for crusty French loaves. Work with fresh dough and essential ingredients like flour, yeast and olive oil. Finish by making homemade salted butter to complement your rustic European breads perfectly.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
