Learn everything you wanted to know about lamb in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Delano. This is an excellent start for anyone who loves lamb and wants to present a lamb-featured menu to esteemed dinner guests.

Improve your chopping, slicing and dicing as you prepare a glorious meal of lollipop lamb chops and a goat cheese baby spinach salad with a homemade raspberry vinaigrette. Prepare a fresh cucumber mint tzatziki to serve with the roasted lamb meat. Lastly, create the most delectable crème brûlée with a lavender-infused custard. Book today!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
