Join this pizza making cooking class led by Chef April for an authentic taste of an Italian classic. Learn the art of crafting perfect pizza from scratch and adding your personal twist to it.

Begin by roasting cherry tomatoes and adding some creamy Burrata cheese for a crostini. Master the technique of kneading homemade pizza dough using such basic ingredients as flour, yeast and water. Choose your pick of toppings for a classic Margherita, hearty meat or a vibrant veggie pizza, each adorned with Marinara sauce and fresh ingredients. Conclude with balsamic-glazed strawberries atop creamy ricotta cheese, finished with a touch of honey and basil.

A wonderful evening! Chef April is gracious and professional. She served us 2 appetizers and we sipped wine while she prepared the paella. There was an allergy to mussels so she substituted oysters, which were delicious. After hesitation on her part, and insistence on ours, she joined our table of friends. Everything, and especially the paella, was outstanding! She showed us the sweet smoked paprika from Spain that gave such amazing flavor. The huge prawns, very tender calamari, and perfectly al dente rice were heavenly. Will book Chef April again!
