From tasty tacos to hearty enchiladas, this Latin cooking class has it all! The skilled Chef Ben has set a stunning menu of Latin dishes that are sure to satisfy your cravings while teaching you plenty of valuable skills.
For your first course, you'll craft a cheesy bowl of queso. Then, you'll learn the art of making tacos from scratch, using hand-made corn tortillas, your choice of meat and plenty of delicious fillings and salsas. For your main course, you'll make authentic enchiladas, before whipping up flan for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
