Finish the meal by discovering how to prepare the perfect strawberry shortcake of buttermilk biscuits with whipped chantilly cream. Chef Jen is so friendly and generous and her food is amazing! She explained to me how to make the fricco on her salad which was such a nice touch. I also got to try fregola for the first time. Served with roasted cauliflower, it was a great accompaniment to her delicious lamb!

Chefs Frances and Sasha offered a wonderful cooking experience. We deboned and roasted a whole leg of lamb, and then chefs showed us how to cook five completely different dishes out of it! Each of the five dishes was unique and very delicious. This class made my Sunday!
