What You’ll Do

Explore the endless flavor possibilities you can pair with fresh, homemade pasta dough.

This hands-on cooking class focuses on the foundations of pasta-making while sparking your creativity. With tips and techniques from your chef instructor, you will prepare pasta dough from scratch for two pasta dishes with a variety of flavors to inspire you. Finish the lesson by crafting a decadent custard sauce to enjoy with dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Peter's culinary journey may have begun in Northern California, but it's taken him around the U.S., with stops in D.C. and Nantucket. He honed his talent in well-regarded eateries, eventually rising to the level of executive chef. His restaurant experience includes a stint at the Watergate Hotel. Now happily settled in Seattle, Chef Peter is often found sharing his skills in cooking classes and with local and national nonprofits.

I suppose I was expecting to have more time to learn about the pasta making. By dividing into groups and not providing the recipe, it felt quite rushed. I wish cozymeal would offer more classes that are in depth over date night excursions.
