What You’ll Do

Explore the traditional recipes and techniques of Greek cuisine.

You'll feel transported to Greece in this immersive cooking class. Chef Yosif will guide you through the time-honored techniques of cooking beloved Greek dishes.

To begin the class, you'll make saganaki with sesame and feta, served with a drizzle of hot honey. Then, make either hummus, tzatziki or baba ghanoush for dipping. Then, learn how to perfectly grill chicken souvlaki flavored with lemon and fresh herbs and served with rice pilaf and roasted potatoes. Learn how to make the flaky, sweet baklava for dessert using phyllo dough, butter and cinnamon.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our chef exprience was amazing!!! Chef Yosif was awesome. He was very patient and took the time to explain what he was cooking and gave us many cooking tips. He allowed us to take part in the process. He also allowed me to modify the menu and gave me options. The food was delicious and we enjoyed eating it as much as we enjoyed watching him cook it. I would reccomend Chef Yosif 100%

Attending Chef Yosif’s personalized Greek cooking class was an absolute delight! The food was not only delicious but also authentically Greek, crafted with care and expertise.
