Chef Elisa is the co-owner and founder of a bakery located in Venice that specializes in gluten free and delicious non-gluten free desserts. The products are produced in small batches, to keep the integrity of the product and assure the best tasting desserts possible. Chef Elisa wants to share the knowledge of healthier and different desserts that are still delicious.

Chef Elisa's venue in Venice was fantastic! I had such a blast learning how to create gluten-free cookies and blackberry and raspberry scones. She made it super easy and fun. This class is a "must" in Los Angeles, especially for those who love to eat healthy but still want to indulge every once in awhile!
